Bookings are taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Alternative start days will be considered subject to availability. Please note that the Villa operates a non-smoking policy.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable to secure your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
A returnable deposit of £100 to cover breakages or damage is due with your final payment. This will be returned immediately upon satisfactory inspection of the villa.
You will be greeted at the villa on your arrival before being shown around and given two sets of keys.
